Payments

Buzz takes payments for paid tickets online through a payment gateway, such as Razorpay. Your site administrator sets up the gateways.

Payment providers

Open the event and choose Registration in the sidebar. Payment Providers lists the gateways the event takes payments through. The site default has a Default badge. New events start with the site default.

If the list is empty, ask a site administrator to set a default payment gateway.

When an event offers more than one gateway, attendees and sponsors pick one when they pay.

How attendees pay

Attendees pay at the end of the booking form. A paid booking is confirmed straight away. Refunds made in the gateway sync back to the booking.
